As the Canadian entity of Rongrong New Energy (Guangxi) Co., Ltd., Radiant Ridge Energy has successfully commissioned this transformative renewable energy development across Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Project Overview
This ambitious wind power development spans five counties across Baise City, including Tianyang District, Debao County, Lingyun County, Longlin County, and Napo County. With a total investment of 11.2 billion yuan (approximately $1.5 billion USD), our project encompasses comprehensive infrastructure development including:
Procurement of premium domestic wind turbine equipment
Wind turbine foundation construction
Access road development
Substation construction and grid integration
Advanced energy storage systems
Transmission line installation

Through our Guangxi operations, Radiant Ridge Energy has successfully developed and commissioned the complete 1.606 GW wind power capacity across multiple installations:
Lvliu Paimo Wind Farm (Debao County)
Longguang Ronghua Wind Farm (Debao County)
Dawang Wind Farm (Debao County)
Jingde Wind Farm (Debao County)
Longlin Longhuo Wind Farm (Longlin County)
Additional wind installations across Tianyang District, Lingyun County, and Napo County
Our comprehensive development approach ensured optimal wind resource utilization, seamless grid integration, and operational excellence across all installations.
Advancing China's Carbon Goals
This project represents a significant component of Guangxi's implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" renewable energy development strategy, directly supporting China's ambitious climate commitments of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. The 1.606 GW capacity will generate clean electricity equivalent to powering over 1.2 million homes annually while reducing carbon emissions by approximately 2.4 million tons per year.
